Dogs & Cats Welcome
Cats and dogs are welcome, up to 30 lb each. One‑time non‑refundable pet fee: $300 for the first pet, $200 for the second. Monthly pet rent: $30 per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per unit. Breed restrictions apply; other small pets (e.g., hamsters, birds, turtles, fish in tanks up to 20 gallons) are allowed without pet fees.
